Well, I've already been to Verena twice: The first, of these wonderful Ayurveda treatments, was a forehead massage with warm oils. It felt like golden light was streaming through my fontanelles. The second session was an Ayurvedic upper body massage, also with warm oils. Verena was very present. What I liked best was the treatment on my palms. A big thank you! I'll definitely come back soon.
I really liked the recipes in the brochure. However, I miss a few recipes for a healthy dinner
The advice is highly recommended. I felt very, very well advised, cared for and understood. Also perfect for implementing at home afterwards. Can only warmly recommend advice. Helga
